What you’ll do:

Paid Digital

  • Act as a social lead and trusted day-to-day social advisor for clients
  • Develop and support paid social marketing strategies that deliver on performance results and client business objectives
  • Ideate and deliver agency social POVs
  • Oversee the creation of the social content calendar, including ideating social moments, optimizing content opportunities, supporting campaign work and driving consumer-driven insights
  • Comprehensive media and ad plan creation
  • Stay tapped into the pulse of culture to quickly identify and recommend opportunities for clients
  • Drive business results by combining creative ideas with smart social media strategies
  • Familiarity with data and able to tell both data and insights driven stories, pushing ongoing optimization of social work
  • Billing & Reporting
  • Campaign Build-outs
  • Pixel and tag implementation and tracking

 

Organic Strategy

  • Collaborate with account, project management, production, and creative teams on integrated work
  • Channel planning
  • Drive best in class content by reporting on social performance, including pulling and sharing social metrics, content trends and insights
  • Advanced data analytics
  • Benchmarking, projecting, reach and frequency analysis
  • Comprehensive analysis of performance beyond in-platform metrics

 

What you bring:

  • 4+ years of experience in paid social media buying/planning at a media agency.
  • 3+ years experience directly managing social channels for brands
  • Advanced proficiency with the native ad serving platforms
  • In-depth knowledge of integrated channel strategies and concept
  • The ability to optimize cross-campaigns and cross-platform towards a holistic CPA
  • Experience reliably segment targeting and placements without sacrificing efficiency or scalability
  • Can create comprehensive media and ad plans with minimal assistance or input from senior personnel
  • An in-depth understanding of social trends and can reliably provide creative direction to maximize performance
  • An in-depth understanding of how other media affects paid social campaigns
  • The ability to explain complex technical topics in an easy to understand, client-facing way
  • Preferred experience guiding strategy for influencer marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute social media programs
  • Ability to manage complex multi-platform social media campaigns

What you’ll do:

  • Strategic Creative Leadership: Provide visionary guidance to the creative team, overseeing the development of innovative and effective marketing campaigns and projects that motivate our audiences effectively across various channels.
  • Hands-On Design:Roll up your sleeves and contribute directly to the design process. Lead by example, utilizing your design skills.
  • Collaboration:Foster a collaborative creative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams, including account management, creative, and production to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.

What You bring:

  • Proven Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in a creative role, including at least 5 years in a leadership position focused on creative work for digital channels (email, digital paid advertising, website, social) and print within a marketing or advertising agency.
  • Strategic Thinker:Ability to align creative concepts with overall marketing and business strategies, ensuring that campaigns drive results.
  • Hands-On Skills: Demonstrated expertise in creative fundamentals across various media areas, including art, copy, production, video production and editing, motion, design, digital, and social platforms. Proficient in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite. Applicants should provide a portfolio showcasing diverse design styles and successful campaigns.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, demonstrating the ability to inspire and motivate a creative team to achieve excellence collectively, fostering both team success and individual growth in skill sets and career paths.
  • Client-Focused:Establish credibility with clients at all levels by demonstrating exceptional client communication skills, a deep understanding of the clients’ business and team members, and the ability to translate client needs into creative solutions.
