  • 1974 – Ritta Design founded by Kay Ritta in Englewood, New Jersey, in a converted garage.

    New Clients: American Standard, Prudential and Accudart

  • 1979 – Former Marketing Director Hal Arnoldy joins to create Ritta & Arnoldy, and the office moves into the former St. John’s Episcopal Church in Englewood, New Jersey.

    New Clients: Russ Berrie, Inverness, Porsche, Audi and Volkswagen

  • 1982 – Arnoldy retires and Kay forms Ritta & Associates.

    New Clients: BMW, AT&T and Merck

  • 1998 – Church location renovated to account for growing publications department.

    New Clients: Samsung, NBA

  • 2000 – R&A becomes certified as a Woman-Owned business – a distinction held by only a few marketing firms in NJ.

    New Clients: R&A named agency of record for Englewood Hospital and Medical Center

  • 2004 – R&A rebrands The John Harms Center as bergenPAC (The Bergen Performing Arts Center).

  • 2009 – Kevin Janosz, COO, Jacqueline Millstein, CCO, and Koryn Schermer, CEO, promoted to top management.

  • 2010 – RITTA expands digital service offerings, becoming a full-service marketing agency in NJ.

  • 2011 – R&A rebrands as RITTA.

  • 2013 – RITTA expands into real estate vertical and, as part of an ongoing commitment to the environment, takes on Flat Rock Brook Nature Center as pro bono client. RITTA becomes the only marketing agency in NJ to be both a certified Woman-Owned Business and one dedicated to philanthropic work.

    New Clients: ERA Real Estate

  • 2014 – Kay Ritta officially retires.

    New Clients: De’Longhi, Braun, Kenwood and BMW Performance Driving Schools

  • 2015 – RITTA diversifies client list by working with innovative start-up companies.

    New Clients: Coravin, NEATS

  • 2016 – RITTA’s full-time staff continues to grow to support new client work.

    New Clients: University Reproductive Associates

  • 2017 – RITTA moves to Paramus, and designs a unique open office space of over 5,000 sq ft.
