Account Executive – Marketing Agency (Contract)
Location: Paramus, New Jersey (Hybrid: 3 days on-site per week)
Contract: November 1, 2025 – July 1, 2026

RITTA, a premier boutique marketing and advertising agency in Paramus, New Jersey, is seeking a smart, personable, and organized Account Executive with agency experience to support key client accounts, including major electronics and home appliance brands. This role requires a strategic, detail-oriented thinker who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary client contact and manage day-to-day account activities.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet project scope, timelines, budgets, and objectives.
  • Collaborate with creative, strategy, and production teams to deliver campaigns that achieve client goals.
  • Support marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including digital, social media, website content, and offline campaigns.
  • Stay current on client industries and products, particularly electronics and home appliances.
  • Build strong client relationships through clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and a focus on satisfaction.
  • Manage projects using MS Office and other workflow tools.
  • Quickly step into ongoing accounts and provide seamless support during a team member’s leave.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Previous agency experience required; experience in electronics or home appliance marketing preferred.
  • Friendly, team-oriented, and professional demeanor with a “get-it-done” attitude.

Compensation

$56,000 for the contract term (equivalent to $7,000 per month, depending on experience).
